Our Story

As long as I can remember I wanted to bake. There is nothing as rewarding as giving someone a baked good and seeing the joy on their faces when they take a bite. I started out baking for friends and family and then decided to take the leap and open up the bakery summer of 2023.

At Wild Flour Cakes and Bakes we do our best to utilize in season, local ingredients. This might mean one morning I am out picking blueberries fresh from a farm before making a wedding cake, or it might mean a trip to the apple orchard for my apple cakes.
